Our Senior Leadership
Prior to founding Seahawk in 2007, John J. Romanelli served in a variety of client coverage, business development and senior management roles at several Wall Street firms, primarily Credit Suisse First Boston. He received an MBA from Wharton, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
A globally recognized brand strategist and corporate identity architect, Christine Leonard partners with Seahawk Advisory to elevate their clients' market presence and valuation through precise positioning and compelling narrative development. Drawing from her extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures, she brings a sophisticated understanding of how to articulate complex value propositions in ways that resonate with investors, stakeholders, and the broader market.
Seahawk has represented a variety of publicly traded and privately held companies on strategic and financing transactions, and has advised on capital structure, stakeholder messaging, activist defense, and strategic development. On select assignments, Seahawk has also advised companies on restructuring and on M&A integration.
